For emergency Employees 8 days advance credit on Jan 1st, July 1st.
For Regular Employees 15 days advance credit on Jan 1st, July 1st.

20 days for each completed year of service in respect of Class-I, II and III service.
HPL for diseased and renal failure etc

EOL can be granted when no other leave is admissible under Regulation 19. EOL upto 24 months can be granted on certain terms and conditions( Eg: To pursue higher education)
EOL to take up employment abroad

Special Disability Leave may be sanctioned to an employee who is disabled by injury under Regulation 22.

The women employees will be permitted to avail child care leave for sixty days in the entire service to take care of the minor child for rearing or for looking after other needs of the child during school or college, sickness etc.

Leave granted on full pay to male married employee having less than 2 surviving children to take care of his wife for 15 days.

Maternity leave on full pay may be sanctioned to the married female employees with less than two surviving children for a period of 180 days from the date of confinement.
